Job Title: Electrician

Job Summary
- An Electrician ensures safe, functional electrical systems by installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring, lighting, and appliances.
- They troubleshoot power issues, perform preventive maintenance on electrical panels, and ensure compliance with safety codes.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Repairing wiring, lighting, outlets, and electrical components in units and common areas.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing electrical malfunctions, short circuits, and power outages.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections on electrical systems to prevent failures.
- Installation: Installing new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, electrical sockets, and breaker panels.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all installations meet building codes and safety standards.
- Emergency Service: Providing quick responses to electrical emergencies.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an electrician, particularly with facility maintenance or residential construction projects.
- Skills: Expertise in wiring, cable tray installation, panel, socket, and lighting fixture installation.
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to electrical safety procedures and use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Benefits
- Salary: N170,000 – N200,000 net monthly.
- Leave allowance, HMO & Pension.
