We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant, Corp Member
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management:
- Manage and optimize the MD/CEO’s calendar, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, engagements, and strategic commitments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, venue/logistics, and agenda preparation
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
Communication & Correspondence:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the MD/CEO, managing calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism
- Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the MD/CEO
- Ensure timely follow-ups on key decisions, requests, and action points
Meeting Coordination & Documentation;
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports ahead of meetings
- Attend meetings where required, take accurate minutes, and track action items to closure
- Support the MD/CEO in staying prepared with relevant insights and documentation
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD/CEO
- Maintain professional relationships and ensure smooth communication flow across all levels
- Represent the MD/CEO in routine follow-ups and coordination tasks
Travel & Logistics Management:
- Plan and coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and visas where required
- Ensure seamless execution of travel plans and troubleshoot issues proactively
Administrative & Operational Support;
- Manage confidential documents, records, and files with a high level of discretion
- Oversee routine administrative tasks to ensure the MD/CEO’s office runs efficiently
- Track expenses and support basic budgeting or reporting requirements
Strategic & Project Support (Development-Focused):
- Support the MD/CEO on special projects, research assignments, and business initiatives
- Conduct basic research and provide summaries or insights to aid decision-making
- Assist in tracking progress on strategic priorities and organizational initiatives
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and integrity
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence at all times
Continuous Learning & Exposure:
- Actively engage in learning opportunities provided through direct exposure to executive decision-making
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to grow into a more strategic support role over time
Salary
N60,000 per month.
