Job Title: Feedmill Process Machine Operator

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a competent and safety-conscious Feedmill Process Machine Operator to manage and operate feed production machinery.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production of high-quality animal feed while adhering to operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate feedmill machinery including grinders, mixers, pelletizers, and conveyors.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of feed.
• Weigh and batch raw materials according to formulation specifications.
• Conduct routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Identify faults and report breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Record production data and report daily output.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc Degree.
• Previous experience in a feedmill or similar production environment.
• Basic knowledge of feed production processes.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with pellet machines and batching systems.
• Understanding of livestock feed formulations.
• Technical or vocational training.
