Our multi-modal services cut across facility repairs and maintenance services to human resource management, consulting and contract management services. We undertake technical and direct artisanship services such as handyman, painting, tiling, electrical and plumbing repairs, property management and real estate agency services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer 

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and documentation
  • Coordinate administrative workflows
  • Support procurement and vendor management
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Provide administrative support across teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail.
