We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting the right audience, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and run paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
  • Identify and target the right audience based on campaign goals
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost
  • Conduct audience research and refine targeting strategies
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively
  • Generate leads and drive conversions through digital campaigns
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights
  • Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or running paid ads
  • A proven track record of successful ad campaigns is an added advantage

Other Requirements:

  • Must be available to work fully onsite
  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on conversions and growth
  • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
  • Must be proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
  • Strong commitment to meeting targets and deadlines..

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to identify and target the right audience segments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Good understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Remuneration

  • Monthly Salary: N120,000 (Net).
