Job Title: Senior Growth Associate, Enterprise (B2B)

Location: Lagos 

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Senior Growth Associate (B2B) to support revenue growth by generating and converting corporate leads.
  • You will engage SMEs, startups, and organisations to position our learning solutions for workforce development and talent upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and convert B2B leads
  • Support the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Engage HR teams and business stakeholders
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Meet assigned sales targets and maintain pipeline updates

Requirements

  • B. S.c / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or other related course.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in EdTech, HR Tech, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
