Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Description

• We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager / Content Creator to become the face of our brand online and help drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and shoot engaging property videos and lifestyle content
• Serve as the face of the brand in videos and campaigns
• Manage and grow our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Design quality graphics, write compelling captions, and create reels
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars
• Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and online inquiries
• Stay updated on trends and apply innovative marketing ideas
• Track page growth, engagement, and campaign performance
• Submit weekly performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong confidence on camera and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and similar tools
• Creative mindset with attention to trends and branding
• Real estate marketing experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must live around Ajah and its environs.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
