We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth Manager (B2C)

Location: Nigeria (Hybrid)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Growth Manager (B2C) to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth across our consumer learning programs.
  • You will be responsible for driving enrolments, managing the sales funnel, and improving conversion across all B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2C growth strategy and drive student acquisition targets
  • Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to conversion
  • Supervise and support the B2C growth team to achieve targets
  • Develop and execute campaigns to improve conversion rates
  • Engage prospective learners and optimize customer journey experience
  • Track performance metrics and manage CRM reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certifications in Sales or Marketing are an added advantage
  • Experience in EdTech, digital products, or subscription-based services is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in sales, growth, or customer acquisition roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
  • Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments
