Job Title: HIAB Driver (Lorry-Mounted Crane Operator)

Job Summary
- Mikano International is seeking a skilled HIAB Driver to operate lorry-mounted cranes for the safe transportation, loading, and unloading of heavy materials.
- The role requires a safety-conscious and experienced professional who can efficiently manage both driving and crane operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate HIAB (lorry-mounted) cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads
- Drive heavy goods vehicles (HGV) to transport materials to designated locations
- Ensure all loads are properly secured before transit
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and crane inspections
- Perform basic maintenance checks and report any faults promptly
- Comply with all traffic regulations and health & safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection records, and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience operating a HIAB or similar lorry-mounted crane
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for heavy-duty vehicles
- Good understanding of road safety regulations and crane operation procedures
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
