Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: Anthony, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily operations across multiple service lines.
- Monitor field staff (cleaners, technicians, and supervisors) to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Support deployment of teams for post-construction cleaning, façade cleaning, upholstery cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and janitorial assignments.
- Track attendance, site allocation, and workforce productivity.
- Liaise with clients to confirm job schedules, updates, and service feedback.
- Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Report operational issues, delays, or client concerns promptly to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, materials used, and service reports.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and performance summaries.
- Support onboarding and basic training coordination for field staff.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
