Our multi-modal services cut across facility repairs and maintenance services to human resource management, consulting and contract management services. We undertake technical and direct artisanship services such as handyman, painting, tiling, electrical and plumbing repairs, property management and real estate agency services.

Job Title: Concierge Coordinator

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly responsive and discreet Concierge Coordinator to manage executive lifestyle and coordination support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive schedules, bookings, and logistics
• Manage vendors, service providers, and external partners
• Handle travel arrangements and itinerary planning
• Execute high-priority coordination requests with speed and accuracy
• Ensure seamless daily executive support operations

Requirements

• A minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in concierge, executive assistant, or hospitality coordination
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• High discretion and professionalism
• Ability to operate under pressure with tight timelines.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.
