Job Title: Project Support Officer
Locations: Port Harcourt - Rivers and Lagos
Industry: Construction/Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Coordinate project activities and schedules
- Provide administrative support to project teams
- Ensure compliance with project management standards
Job Criteria
A potential team member must have:
- A First Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management and a recognized certification in project management
- Have a Minimum of 2-3years (post NYSC) experience managing Projects in Construction/Real estate sector with on-site experience
- Possess key knowledge of Project Management tools and software
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with a keen eye for details
- Possess good multi-tasking skills with an ability to deploy technical know - how in practice.
Salary and Benefits
- N200,000 - N250,000 / Month
- Other allowances paid on a monthly basis are:
- Site Allowance
- Telephone Allowance
- After confirmation, our new team member will be enrolled in our insurance scheme covering medical, life and group accident.
