Swift Consulting Limited - Our client, a Hospitality Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bar Attendant / Cashier

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Bar Attendant / Cashier will be responsible for attending to customers, preparing and serving drinks, handling cash transactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the bar.
• The ideal candidate should be courteous, trustworthy, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and take drink or service orders professionally
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
• Receive payments and issue receipts accurately
• Balance cash register and maintain proper transaction records
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
• Resolve customer complaints politely and escalate when required
• Support smooth operations across the lounge when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• Previous experience as a Bar Attendant, Cashier, or in a similar hospitality role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash accurately
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
