Technology for Social Change and Development Initiative is a non-profit organization founded in 2016. Tech4Dev was established to empower African communities with digital skills that will bridge the gap of unskilled labour needed for the future of work.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs across print, digital, and social media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain the organization’s brand identity systems across programs and campaigns.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with communication objectives.
• Design and execute editorial layouts for reports, publications, and other long-form content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and engaging visual storytelling whilst staying updated with trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as a Graphics Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and editorial/layout design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, and
• InDesign, etc).
• Solid understanding of identity systems development, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, and asset management.
• Strong creativity, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to handle feedback and meet deadlines.
• Motion graphics and animations (desirable).
