Job Summary

  • We are recruiting a Senior Solar Sales Officer to drive revenue growth for our solar solutions business.
  • This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with solid experience in renewable energy or technical product sales.

Role Overview

  • You will lead client acquisition efforts, manage the full sales cycle, and close high-value solar deals across residential and commercial segments.
  • The role demands strong market knowledge, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent delivery on targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities for solar installations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct virtual product presentations and client consultations
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client energy needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Track sales performance and maintain an active pipeline
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Stay informed on solar market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with focus on solar, energy, or technical solutions
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of solar products and energy solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary
N300,000 monthly + commission on sales.
