We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This role supports financial operations across an integrated platform operating in architecture, construction and real estate development.
• We are seeking an Accountant to manage financial records, monitor project costs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support financial control across all Shared Services projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Track income and expenditure across projects

Cost & Budget Monitoring:

• Monitor project budgets and expenses
• Identify and report cost variances

Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

• Process payroll
• Manage tax, pension and statutory remittances
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Manage vendor payments
• Track receivables and cash flow
• Maintain financial discipline

Financial Reporting:

• Provide regular financial updates to management
• Support audit processes

Success Metrics

• Accuracy of financial records
• Timely reporting
• Compliance with statutory requirements
• Budget adherence

Requirements

• 5–10 years accounting experience
• Experience in construction or real estate preferred
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
