Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Rivers

Job Summary

  • The Sales team lead will be tasked with the responsibility of guiding, supervising and overseeing a workgroup of people responsible for the execution of marketing projects and the promotion of the company’s products and service.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to effectively convey ideas, strategies and results within the team and to stakeholders.
  • The candidate should be able to supervise and propel the marketing team to ensure they meet their goals and
  • deadlines, as well as to persuade prospective clients to sign on to our loan product(s).
  • Ultimately, a team lead should be excellent at providing mentorship, training and support to team members to foster their professional growth and enhance team performance.

Responsibities

  • Coach team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results.
  • Market loans to target audience for portfolio growth.
  • Supervise loan form documentation and follow through to disbursement.
  • Meet / exceed sales target on a regular basis.
  • Achieve sales volume in a profitable manner.
  • Analyze market trends and advise accordingly as part of product improvement.
  • Constant rendition of periodic activity reports.

Requirements and Skills

  • B.Sc. Degree in any related discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience as a Team Lead in a financial sector is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N200,000 monthly (slightly negotiable)
  • Transport and airtime allowance
  • Commission on loan value sold.
  • 20% base salary increase on attainment of 2 consecutive months.
