We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Therapist
Reports To: Salon Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (including weekends)

Role Summary

• The Therapist is responsible for delivering professional beauty, spa, and wellness treatments to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that meets the highest standards of service.
• The role involves providing services such as facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, and other therapies while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide treatments including facials, massages, waxing, and body therapies.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address client concerns and escalate where necessary.
• Maintain clean, sanitized tools and workstations.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor product usage and report low stock.
• Support smooth daily salon operations and collaborate with team members.
• Recommend and upsell beauty products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products.

Requirements

• SSCE or certification in Beauty Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and multitasking ability.
• High level of professionalism and personal hygiene.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proximity to Lekki or Ikoyi is preferred.

Salary
N125,000 monthly.
