Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Main Duties
- Build and lead an effective and cohesive operations team.
- Ensure appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with.
- Ensure operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by management as well as employees.
- Ensure operations functions of the zone run effectively and efficiently so that each operational division align with the organisational strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives.
- Increase effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
- Drive initiatives to contribute to long-term operational excellence.
- Manage functions.
Qualification and Experience
- A Degree in relevant discipline.
- 5 -8 years’ experience in operations management especially in FMCG, E-Commerce or courier company.
- Must have good people management skills.
- Role is on the island so prxoimity will be considered.
Remuneration
150,000-200,000 naira monthly.
