Description
- We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team and support day-to-day operations within our Zoho-powered environment.
- This is a hands-on, onsite opportunity for someone eager to gain real-world experience in IT support and systems management.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-level IT support to team members
- Assist in managing and maintaining Zoho applications (CRM, Recruit, Desk, etc.)
- Support user setup, access control, and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and flag issues proactively
- Assist with basic data management, reporting, and system updates
- Document processes and support internal IT operations
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, or similar platforms (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a team
- Background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently studying)
