Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Personnel to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the proper cleaning, drying, ironing, and folding of linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry in accordance with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and wash hotel linens, towels, and guest laundry items.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage before and after washing.
- Fold, stack, and store clean laundry neatly in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and adhere to hotel safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and linens.
- Provide excellent service for any guest laundry requests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry operations (hotel or hospitality industry preferred).
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina – ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
