Location: Marwa Lekki, Lagos

The Impact You'll Make

  • As our Office Driver, you will be more than just a driver—you will be a trusted representative of our brand. You will ensure the safe, timely, and professional transportation of staff, documents, and goods, helping our operations run seamlessly every day.

What You'll Do

  • Safely drive company staff, visitors, and goods to designated locations on time.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition—conducting daily checks on fuel, oil, water, lights, brakes, and tires.
  • Keep the vehicle clean, inside and out, at all times.
  • Ensure all vehicle documents (license, insurance, roadworthiness) are valid and up to date.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure safety.
  • Assist with office errands such as delivering documents, picking up supplies, and supporting logistics needs.
  • Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
  • Not permitted to talk to staff rudely.
  • Keeping tabs of all office visitation and itinery for the day and week and give report to the Admin and HR Associate.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of SSCE/WAEC, OND or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • At least 3 years of professional driving experience (corporate or similar environment preferred).
  • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally.

Employee Dress Code Policy(Applicable to Office Staff and Drivers)
Purpose:

General Guidelines:

  • Professional Appearance:Clothing should be neat, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Modesty & Appropriateness:Avoid overly casual, revealing, or offensive attire.
  • Company Representation:When meeting clients or representing the company externally, dress in a way that reflects our brand values.

Office Staff:

  • Business casual or formal attire (e.g., shirts/blouses, trousers/skirts, dresses).
  • Closed-toe shoes are required; sneakers only on designated casual days.
  • Avoid ripped jeans, slogan T-shirts, or flip-flops.

Drivers & Field Staff:

  • Company-issued uniforms (if provided) must be worn during working hours.
  • Uniforms should be clean, pressed, and in good condition.
  • Closed, sturdy shoes for safety—no slippers or sandals.
  • Hair should be neat; beards (if worn) should be well-groomed.
  • Minimal jewelry for safety reasons.

Grooming & Hygiene:

  • Maintain good personal hygiene—fresh breath, clean hands, and tidy nails.
  • Avoid strong perfumes or colognes that may cause discomfort to others.

Non-Compliance:

  • Failure to adhere to the dress code may result in verbal or written warnings, and repeated violations could lead to further disciplinary action, salary deductions and dismissal.
