We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and onboard new customers, partners, and business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s products through online and offline channels.
• Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Represent the company at promotional events and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
• Result-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N190,000 per month.
