Job Title: Chinese Translator

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chinese Translator to provide accurate and efficient translation services in a workshop environment.
• The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and translate conversations between Chinese and English in real time, supporting smooth communication between teams. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time (verbal) interpretation between Chinese (Mandarin) and English in the workshop.
• Translate written documents, instructions, and technical materials as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication between Chinese and local staff.
• Assist in conveying technical instructions accurately during operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support day-to-day communication to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Proven fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a workshop or industrial setting.
• Good understanding of technical or mechanical terminology is an advantage.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be ready to resume immediately.

Benefits

• Salary: N300,000 per month.
