Job Title: Accounts Payable and Inventory Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Reporting to: Chief Accountant
Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage accounts payable, inventory records, and fixed asset accounting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control across procurement and stock processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices (POs & GRNs)
- Manage payment processing and supplier reconciliations
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system
- Conduct stock counts and variance analysis
- Manage Fixed Asset Register and monthly depreciation (IAS 16)
- Ensure VAT, WHT, and FIRS compliance
- Prepare inventory, AP, and asset reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
- 4–6 years’ relevant experience (AP, inventory, fixed assets)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS (IAS 16) and Nigerian tax laws
- ERP system experience required
- ICAN/ACCA (or in progress) is an advantage.
