We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Operation Manager

Location: Chevron-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project operations across multiple projects.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with approved project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review structural designs and calculations for buildings and civil works.
• Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into structural engineering designs.
• Develop structural drawings for foundations, beams, slabs, columns, and reinforcement detailing.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural and engineering drawings.
• Support procurement by preparing material specifications and quantity requirements.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations against BOQ specifications.
• Track project expenditures and provide cost performance reports.
• Oversee site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and productivity targets.
• Ensure all project activities meet company quality standards and industry regulations.
• Enforce health and safety policies on all project sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
• Prepare and present technical and operational project progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Track key performance indicators related to cost, schedule, and quality.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
