Job Title: Maintenance Personnel (Plumbing, AC Technician, and Electrical Technician)

Job Summary
- Ensure Hotel Capitol's facilities, equipment, and systems are in optimal condition, providing a comfortable and safe environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Plumbing Maintenance: Fix leaks, unclog drains, maintain water systems, and ensure efficient water usage.
- Electrical Maintenance: Handle lighting, power outlets, generators, and electrical equipment repairs.
- AC & HVAC: Service air conditioning units, ensure temperature control, and perform routine checks.
- General Repairs: Fix furniture, doors, and locks, and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure fire safety systems are functional, conduct inspections, and report issues to management.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and report maintenance status.
Requirements
- Trade certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance.
- Skills in troubleshooting, basic repairs, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend
- proximity to work location.
