Description

• We are seeking Health advisors who work alongside other medical professionals and service staff within the healthcare field.
• The primary responsibility of your role involves providing support and redirection to services for patients in need of medical care.

Responsibilities

• Using computer software to direct callers
• Assessing patients on-site and through phone calls
• Providing guidance and information to patients
• Signposting patients to appropriate care
• Liaising with medical professionals
• Health Advisory skills
• Computer literacy
• Communication
• First aid
• Customer care
• Prioritisation
• Empathy and understanding.

Salary
N1,800,000 - N3,600,000 / Annum.
