Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resources functions within a steel manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate will support HR operations, drive employee engagement, and leverage HR data analytics to improve workforce performance and decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HR data analysis and reporting
• Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 / Month.
