About the job

  • We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Corporate Communications Manager to lead and manage our corporate communication, including restaurants, shortlet, and nightlife club.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, driving consistent communication across all channels, and ensuring strong brand visibility, reputation, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication and content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Lead brand storytelling across digital platforms, press, campaigns, and on-ground activations
  • Oversee and manage content calendars across social media and communication channels
  • Write and edit high-quality articles, press releases, brand stories, campaign scripts, and internal communications
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on communication and social media performance, using insights to optimize strategy
  • Manage brand reputation, public perception, and influencer/media collaborations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in hospitality, digital communications, and media relations
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the communications and social media team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in corporate communications or digital marketing, with proven hospitality experience (restaurant, shortlet, or club)
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong portfolio of successful brand, communication, or social media campaigns
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical abilities
  • Proven team management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
