Location: Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage client experience and international travel operations, visa applications, and relocation abroad, ensuring every client enjoys a smooth and stress-free journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • ‎‎Coordinate day-to-day office operations and manage the team
  • ‎‎Coordinate travel bookings and logistics
  • ‎Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • ‎‎Liaise with travel partners (hotels, airlines, etc.)
  • ‎‎Ensure smooth execution of all travel arrangements
  • ‎‎Handle and resolve client issues efficiently
  • ‎‎Maintain accurate records and operational updates
  • ‎‎Provide educational insights to enlighten our audience and attract clients
  • ‎Support client communication professionally (including video content updates)

Requirements

  • ‎Must be residing between Ojodu-berger and Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway
  • ‎Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ‎Excellent communication and customer service ability
  • ‎‎Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • ‎Professionalism and reliability
  • ‎Ability to work within a structured corporate system.
