Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily terminal activities.
• Monitor passenger movement and vehicle dispatch.
• Enforce operational policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with security and revenue teams.
• Handle operational complaints and incident reports.
• Ensure orderliness and service efficiency

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field with experience.
