Role Summary

  • We are seeking a result-driven Sales & Business Development Officer to drive growth within the real estate sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling estate properties and lands for development, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of estate properties and lands for development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
  • Negotiate deals and prepare sales proposals and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 - 2 years of sales/business development experience can apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • * Real estate is an added advantage.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly + Commissions.
