Role Summary
- We are seeking a result-driven Sales & Business Development Officer to drive growth within the real estate sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling estate properties and lands for development, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of estate properties and lands for development.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Negotiate deals and prepare sales proposals and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 1 - 2 years of sales/business development experience can apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly + Commissions.
