Location: Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway - Ogun

Job Description

  • This role is designed for individuals who can engage clients, understand their travel needs and guide them toward the best decisions while contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
  • ‎You will serve as both a trusted travel advisor and a client acquisition driver, helping clients move from interest to confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across multiple channels especially social media to increase revenue
  • ‎Engage and communicate with prospective clients across multiple channels
  • ‎Provide educational insights enlighten our audience and attract clients
  • ‎Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable packages
  • ‎Guide clients through the booking and decision-making process
  • ‎Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • ‎Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • ‎Consistently meet and exceed performance and revenue targets
  • ‎Participate in video content for brand communication and client engagement
  • ‎Participate in social media management to increase visibility and attract clients

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.
  • Must be residing between Ojodu-berger and Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway
  • ‎Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
  • ‎Confidence speaking on camera
  • ‎Ability to influence decisions and drive conversions
  • ‎Experience in sales, client service, or similar roles (preferred)
  • ‎High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability
  • ‎Ability to thrive in a structured, target-driven environment
