Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, increasing revenue, and developing strategies that position the company for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and pitch company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
