We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sourcing Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure mechanical and electrical engineering materials, tools, equipment, and services
  • Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
  • Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Monitor inventory needs and coordinate timely replenishment of stock
  • Ensure all procured items meet required technical specifications and quality standards
  • Track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure prompt receipt
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier database, and sourcing reports
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to support project needs
  • Monitor market prices and sourcing trends to optimize procurement costs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within engineering, construction, or industrial sectors
  • Relevant procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CIPSMN) is an added advantage.

  • Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 (Monthly Gross)
