About the Role

  • We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading and premier dry-cleaning company, for the position of Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP).
  • This role requires a strategic and dynamic professional who will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives while fostering employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive workforce planning, and support change initiatives.
  • Champion a positive employee experience through conflict resolution, performance management, and proactive engagement programs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and continuous learning initiatives to build a future-ready workforce.
  • Ensure workplace safety, legal compliance, and employee wellness in partnership with EHS teams.
  • Oversee competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and retention strategies tailored to workforce needs.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of statutory payments and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the performance appraisal process, including designing competency-based frameworks, facilitating review sessions, and coaching managers to deliver constructive feedback.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to support employee growth and performance correction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resource management.
  • Professional training and development certifications are an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legal requirements, including workers’ compensation and union relations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
