Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and take charge of end-to-end ownership of projects. Your proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies will be critical in delivering comprehensive solutions.
• The ideal candidate has experience building products across multiple stacks and a solid understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, third-party libraries and multiple backend and frontend languages.
• You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
• Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software.
• Create visually appealing user interactions.
• Develop frontend website architecture and backend web apps.
• Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.
• Maintain and upgrade software following implementation.
• Overseeing automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process.
• Modify and test changes to previously created programs.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.
• Develop and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, security features, and data protection measures.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into technical specifications and design solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to identify and fix issues, ensuring high-quality software deliverables.
• Deploy web applications to production environments, configure servers, and manage deployment processes using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.
• Monitor application performance, error logs, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development, and apply them to enhance project outcomes.
• Other similar professional duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• First degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Full Stack development with a strong portfolio of web applications and projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js etc).
• Experience with server-side development using programming languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Experience building websites and applications using multiple frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of server-side programming languages.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services.

• Ability to visualize a proposed system and be able to build it.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in coding and debugging.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
