Job Title: Head of Innovation & Operations

Job Summary

• We are recruiting a Head of Innovation & Operations with strong execution, leadership, and systems management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across programs, partnerships, and administrative functions
• Design and implement systems, workflows, and performance frameworks (KPIs)
• Lead innovation initiatives and drive new products and revenue opportunities
• Manage programs and donor-funded projects, ensuring quality delivery and compliance
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• 4–6 years experience in Operations, Strategy, Innovation, or related roles
• Strong leadership, execution, and organizational management skills
• Experience managing programs or donor-funded projects is an advantage.

Salary
N300,000 / month.
