We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Information Technology Personnel

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT Officer with knowledge of graphic design and CCTV system maintenance.
• The ideal candidate will provide IT support, manage basic design needs, and ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
• Design basic graphics for internal and external use (flyers, social media posts, presentations)
• Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems and ensure they function properly
• Troubleshoot issues related to CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network connectivity
• Support onboarding of new staff with system setup (emails, devices, access)
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Ensure data backup and security protocols are followed
• Monitor internet connectivity and resolve related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 4-9 years of relevant experience in IT support
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking basics
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Knowledge of video editing tools
• Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN configuration)
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
