We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Executive Director
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in any relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
