Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Online Sales Executive to manage and grow our digital sales channels.
• He/She will be responsible for finding customers online, must be very proficient with social media platforms, generating revenue through online platforms, building customer relationships, and optimizing the online sales process to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Finding customers online, manage and drive sales through e-commerce platforms, website, and online marketplaces
• Identify new online sales opportunities and expand digital customer base
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely manner
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute online campaigns and promotions
• Process orders, track shipments, and ensure smooth customer experience
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Proficient with social media platforms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, or similar)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing)
• Ability to analyze data and generate sales reports
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
