Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a solid foundation in finance and accounting within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and schedules.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience (NYSC experience is acceptable).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
