Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Assist in processing documentation related to employment (contracts, confirmations, etc.).
• Coordinate staff training and development activities.
• Handle basic employee inquiries and provide HR support.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents.
• Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
• Assist with performance management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC experience is acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
