We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: Abuja

Responsibilties

  • Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing everyday business activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow 
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation: Planning and managing expenses to stay within financial limits 
  • Facilities Management: Oversee office infrastructure, maintenance, utilities, and workplace safety to ensure a productive work environment. 
  • Resource & Asset Management: Manage company assets, supplies, and inventory to ensure proper utilization and cost control. 
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery. 
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure administrative operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. 
  • Records & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation systems for easy access and compliance. 
  • Risk & Security Management: Oversee office security, safety protocols, and risk mitigation measures. 
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Support and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational needs and objectives. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in operations or management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Good knowledge of operational best practices and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software tools.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
