Job Summary

• As the Growth Associate, you will serve as a field representative responsible for onboarding partners, driving community engagement, and expanding the company’s network of agents, processors, and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new agents, merchants, and logistics partners within assigned territories
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and onboarding progress
• Support partner onboarding, KYC processes, and training activities
• Manage field operations including follow-ups, issue resolution, and partner engagement
• Represent the company in community activations and ensure consistent brand presence.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage community members
• Basic tech skills and ability to use mobile apps and reporting tools
• Familiarity with assigned locations and ability to work independently in the field
• Passion for sales, growth, and community impact.

Salary
NGN 180,000 - NGN 220,000 Month + Commission
