We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions, and financial policies
- Prepare and file VAT, PAYE, and other statutory returns
- Support audit processes (internal and external)
- Track project-related costs and provide cost analysis for engineering projects
- Assist management with financial decision-making through reports and insights
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based environments)
- Professional Certification: ICAN/ACCA (or in progress) is an added advantage.
Benefits
- Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 (Monthly Gross)
