Kolomoni Microfinance Bank, a CBN-licensed Nigerian Microfinance Bank providing mobile and web-based financial services, including savings, investments, loans, and agency banking (POS terminals), is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Sales Officer (CSO)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Reports To: Credit Sales Manager
Supervises: Credit Sales Officers (CSOs)

Role Summary

• The Credit Sales Officer is responsible for originating quality loan opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of the Bank’s Risk Asset Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve a monthly loan disbursement target of ₦250 million through active sales.
• Identify and develop lending opportunities across merchants, SMEs, and public sector clients.
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance to maintain low delinquency levels.
• Execute proactive recovery actions to minimize credit losses.
• Provide advisory support to clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Submit periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Credit Business Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly loan disbursement: ₦250 million
• Portfolio at Risk (PAR ≤ 3%)
• Loan recovery rate and collection efficiency
• Customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales or credit marketing (preferably within microfinance or SME banking).
• Demonstrated success in achieving credit sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
