We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities within the engineering sector
• Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, accounts, and opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal stages in the CRM
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent data hygiene and reporting accuracy
• Generate periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights from CRM data
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical needs assessments
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents
• Interpret engineering drawings/specifications and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals
• Monitor customer feedback and post-sales support activities through CRM tracking
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 2–4 years in technical sales within engineering, construction, or industrial environments
• Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting is mandatory
• COREN or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
• 13th Month Salary
• Annual Leave
• Performance-Based Bonuses.
