We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Van Field Sales Representative

Locations: Asaba and Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

Objective

• To lead the delivery of customer and field sales objectives that support overall business performance, market growth, and revenue expansion.

Job Purpose

• To operate the company sales van and deliver agreed business targets through excellent execution of sales, redistribution, and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, with a proven record of achieving KPIs.
• Strong experience in Van Sales within the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales vans Proven ability to drive sales vans and deliver sales numbers with minimal supervision and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Warri routes and retail trade channels.

Compensation

• ₦120,000 Gross Monthly Salary
• ₦120,000 Variable Pay
• ₦52,000 Conveyance Allowance (applicable to candidates who are not close to designated pick-up points).
